thank god for my trials Category: praise 2/5/2010 9:52 AM iwant to thank God for the trials i have bein going through for the last 8 months. i had a very high b.p, went into anxiety, had palpitations of th heart and low haemogblobin. nights were fearfull and terrible, i never though i could make it through. in all this, every single time, the Holy Spirit will minister to me, give me scriptures. i want to thank God for counting me worthy to go through this trials, i know i will make it back to my good health that he has given. psalm 103, is: 53: 5, rom: 8. 28, psalm 46 and so many scriptures he has exposed me to. the devil is fighting because of the work of God i will do, God said not a hair of your head will be harmed i beleive. thank you God for choosing me to fight this battle, victory is sure Our GOD THE HEALER E-Mail: Respond to This Praise Report Category: praise 2/1/2010 2:07 AM Praise praise the Lord who is forever faithful. What shall I give unto the Lord all I can say is thank you Lord. I have cried unto God and the Lord has shown mercy in the land of the living. My sister was in coma during xmas and new years period. But the Lord who is always faithful knew she has not finished her purpose on earth and brought her back to the land of the living. Doctors could not understand her sickness but I kept my faith by telling them that don't Anna will arise. God wanted to show people on earth that no one is above him. Many people lamented and used their naked eyes and they expected the worst but HEHEHEDE my God is good my dear friends prayer is the key that helped me to unlock what the devil has destined for my beloved sister. During that period the devil attcked me using a dear person to me. at first I was filled with fear but I kept my faith. I prayed for the spirit of fear, sound mind and love. Upto now I am still struggling to show love although the fear had gone. Help me to pray that the Lord of mercy will make me forgive fully this person. after attacking me He went around and spoke what I did not do and what I will dream of doing but My God kept on holding me and I did not loose focus. One thing that kept me going is 'I know that the devil will not attack those in his territory and he can not just attack you if have not got thing good. Praise the for the accusations for I know my God has delivered me from all of them Satan you are a looser people keep on praying for me because the devil is at hand and I refuse him around me. I have the power of God in me and I am a threat to the devil. Anna is very well now and just waiting for her to be out of the hospital. Praise praise the Lord. Pray for me for the love of God that never ends. I really need to see beyond this person. I don't want the event that if someone accuses me of anything I see his face I want to the glory of God in him. I will sing of his mercies forever I will sing of the mercies of the Lord. are u sick, troubled by the madness around you, have u lost hope, my dear brethren hope does not dissapoint you and trusting in God will give you evrlasting peace. I teach 3rd grade in a public school. I really want to share the gospel with my students. However, we all know that this is frowned upon by our government and our culture. Children are very curious. They like to ask questions. Sometimes they want to know how I would handle certain problems. I don't lie to them. The advice that I share with them is always from a biblical perspective. I let them know that I ask God for help when I encounter a problem in my life. I want my students to see that Jesus lives in me. I want them to see His light shining in me. Recently, I started feeling a bit discouraged about my job. There are many depressing issues in our schools. There are many behavioral problems and there is a lack of support from parents. I started to feel that none of my students were listening to me. I felt that I wasn't reaching them. Well, I am happy to report that some of them were listening. Today my students had to take a very important test which will determine whether or not they will be promoted to fourth grade. As I was preparing to pass out the test materials, I noticed that my students were unusually quiet. When I looked up, I saw that two of my girls in the back row were on their knees. They were praying. My heart was filled with joy. I felt the presence of the holy spirit in that classroom. I now know for a fact that God has placed me in this position as teacher. Praise God. About a month and a half ago my father was taken to the emergency room complaining of severe headaches. A CAT scan reavealed that he had a blood clot on his brain. The doctor said that if he hadn't come to the hospital that night, he would have died. I am so thankful to the Lord for revealing the blood clot. He had surgery to remove the clot. The doctor then told my Dad that he would have to give up driving. He drives for a living. For a while after the surgery, he wouldn't eat and he slept a lot. This was hard for the family because my dad was a very active person. Our family continued to stand on the word of GOD. We continued to believe that by Jesus stripes our father was already healed. Last week the doctor told my father that his new CAT scan came back normal. The doctor actually used the word healed to describe my father's health. He even said that he could resume driving. I give all the praise, honor and glory to the Lord for healing my father! Thank you Jesus!! A few days ago, I prayed to God and asked Him to heal me. I explained in detail why asthma was driving my life into a downward spiral. That night, when I had a terribly tight chest, He suddenly healed me. I have since stopped using my medication, and all the nasty side effects have also ceased. In january I posted a prayer request for a job in this site. I was in Dubai searching for a job. My visit visa was expiring on 23rd jan 2008 and so my return tickets were booked for 19 jan 2008. I attended many interviews, but all the time there were some kind of problems like the company may not be that good or the salary may not be that good. And the days passed by and atlast it was 19 jan 2008. I had finished all my packing and my my flight was at 3.00pm. At about 11.00 am in the morning I received a call for interview.I really didnt know what to do, I was very confused and didnt know what decision to take. I prayed to God and according to God's guidance I cancelled my tickets and went for the interview. Miraculously I got selected in the interview. I give all glory to God. It's purely because of my Lord's grace and not bcoz of my abilities that I got the job. I give all glory to my Lord Jesus Christ. In 2004 I met a man on the Internet and he told me to listen to worship music although I thought God wouldnt want me back but I knew he was trying to draw me back for a while as he kept ending wrong relationships. I listened and felt the holy spirit so deep inside my heart stirring. I met them both and we went into Cornerstone bookshop and I experienced healing and met a lady same day who lead me to my new church Pentecostal Assemblies of God. I gave my life to the Lord when I found out about doing this and gave hime all the sin and wrong things he changed my heart and mind and the way I saw things and I became a different person. I got baptized to go forward with God and he speaks to me I see visions and feel peace love and joy and the holy spirit so warm and I also feel like he is next to me. But there will be one at the end of this post. First of all,Thank You! : Thank you for dropping everything and praying for him. Thank you for unselfishly praying for someone you didn't know.I am sure I can speak for my dad and my family and say that we all appreciate it. God bless everyone. For the first time,the doc is starting to think in terms of the foot being saved. In fact,he himself is not gonna check on dad untill monday. His assitant will check on dad over the weekend. He also said that dad's leg was 200 percent in the bad when he came in and he is now 50 percent in the good. Normal is 40 percent in the good. The Lord worked and YOU worked. I don't totally understand the info but it sounds good to me. A couple of minor things,dad is suffering diaherra from the antibotics or has suffered a bout. The doctor offered to stop the antibotics,but dad said no,bring it on. He'll deal with the diaherra. Also,dad is having trouble eating the hospital food.It has no taste to him and I guess it really doesn't. So he is eating breakfast for both his morning and evening meals. He eats what he wants when he doesn't get breakfast,but not much. The breakfast Is the only thing that tastes good to him. I guess I worry that he is not gettting enough nourishment with him being diabetic. So here it goes,please pray that the foot continues to heal and things work out. Please help heal completly. Should he able to come home early this week,please pray that my sister's boyfriend and myself are able to help him as much as we can as my sister will be out of town,possibly up to three weeks doing her probation. Please pray she can postpone that a week so she can be here to help him get settled. Please pray that the diaherra quits and he eats better or at least gets enough that he does not have problems with his diabeties. They gave him pancakes that were unsweet and with sweetnlow type syurp twice yesterday but my sister and I arent that comfortable with it. God allowed me to be able to forgive after I came to know Him. He has brought inner healing to me in so many ways. Growing up as a bi-racial child, people were often cruel and unaccepting of me. God taught me that he LOVES color,that we're not all cut from the same cookie cutter ,and that everyone is different and special. We were knit from the womb and God does not make mistakes.When I came to know GOD'S love for me , It didn't matter if anyone else in the world did. I was so amazed at the love that I feel from him.There have been many times in life that I didn't want to live anymore... God graciously saw me through. When I was a teenager and also in my early 20's, I had several abortions. At the time I did not know God . All I knew was that I was scared to be alone and pregnant.Abortion should never be considered as a means of birth control.Abortion clinics give you the perception that they are "just" removing "tisssue". WRONG!!! God tell us in His word that Mary was found with child (not tissue) I found it hard for many years to be able to forgive myself. It was like I could accept God's forgiveness, but I couldn't forgive myself. So many times we forgive everyone except ourselves. But the Bible says that if we don't forgive, God won't forgive us. (We think of others, but that also includes ourself) I have been blessed with children since then and am so very thankful. They are God's and He is gracious enough to allow us stewardship over them and to raise them up in His admonition.God has kept me in so many ways. He has spared my life so many times.I was told last year that I had cancer. They were to do surgery to remove two masses and the would re-biopsy to determine the next step of treatment. They did surgery, re-biopsied and the Lord intervened...not cancer.He gave me a new lease on life. When I have suffered from depression in times past, God has kept my mind. When I have been sick, he has been my healer. He has been my keeper when I couldn't keep myself. When I suffered emotional abuse, God kept me. When I suffered physical abuse, God kept me. When I felt unloved, God loved me. When I cried in the wee hours of the morning, God's sweet presence saturated my being. When I needed groceries,God provided. When my son neeed surgery, god performed a miracle and he didn't have to have it. When I needed a job, God opened a door. When my mother and father weren't there for me , God took me up. When my mother left years ago to live a lesbian lifestyle, God brought her back to us and most importantly Back to HIM. She is saved and living for God. When my daughter had a heart murmur at birth, God healed her. I could go on and on and on. Most importantly, when I neeeded a saviour, I found Jesus! I do want to say this to others. Even when you make mistakes, don't give up. Get up , dust yourself off and keep on going with God. He loves you unconditionally.When you fall short from being in line with God, if you ask for forgiveness, he forgives. My daughter was to have surgery the following Monday. Thank you for praying for her and thank you to the two sweet people that responded to my prayer request. Your responses were totally unexpected, and when I saw and read them from the e-mail list , it filled my heart with gladness and I had the sweetest sense of peace.Praying for others is the most precious and powerful gift that can be given, because it stems from love, which is exactly what and who God is. She came through her surgery beautifully! She has spent this past week resting. She's only 6, and I tell you ,she never cried or complained before or after surgery.It is so wonderful to know that we have brothers and sisters in Christ that have compassion and a heart's desire to lift others up in prayer before God. God is faithful. We don't always get a mountain moved, or get to go around things in life , but God is always faithful to see us through . There is none other like HIM and I praise the precious name of Jesus! Isn't it amazing how even when things don't go as we expect, we are still able to draw out praises and thanks from the very core of our being, just because he is who he is, even in the midst of uncertainty or in the face of the enemy! The TAKS test is a test administraded by the state of Texas to public schools. Most of the students here have worked extremly hard this year to try to pass our classes and many students are stressed out. I went to the Christ Goespel Church, Sachivalayanagar, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad-500070 (India) on 8-10-2006 every day about 6.30 a.m and prayed God (with hol hearted prayer) to give a child to my daughter. Christ is King! in Jesus name we pray AMEN miracles E-Mail: Respond to This Praise Report Category: praise 3/8/2007 5:32 PM well i am a student in south africa from zimbabwe.i have changed univasity from monash in joburg to port elizabeth.i have seen the works of god in me.i was having problems with my registration .to cut a very long story short .i got my miracle on the last date of registration.when i got here (pe)i had nowere to stay but the lord provided for me accomodation at the best residence.there were fully booked but the lord made room for me.after that i had an issue with money needing to be paid for skull fees and to get my transcripts .but then the lord made it all happen on the last day i got tracscripts money .on the day of registration i was told i was registered for an extend progrmme but the lord pulled through for me.hey hey god is goo.i praise him .i had to get the lectures to sign if i had been attendig class since i registerd late. i went to some lectures whom had to sign if i was attending thre class and they signed for me.i went to one particular lady for it t classes and she said she was not signing my paper.i kepton speaking the word of god, she then agreed.well the last date for it regustration had been 16 feb and there i was on the 2nd of march getting registerd,i belive the lord is good and is very powerful.the blood of the lamb .i thank you i am gettin miracle by miracle.pliz testify so that the lord will come through for you.i have a very good god and he is always by my side be blessed Praise God E-Mail: Respond to This Praise Report Category: praise 3/6/2007 9:02 AM This might seem a bit too early but i submitted a prayer for God to give me grace to work well with my teacher in class. i am MAry. It has not been long but since then I now go to class happily and she's not as scary as she was. Category: praise 3/3/2007 7:00 AM I am just coming out of a dark, valley of my life, and God has so graciously lifted me up from the dark pit of overwhelming circumstances. Everywhere I turned, it seemed like there was no solution to my problems. My sister paid for me to get into counseling as a Christmas gift since she seen me stuggling. I was overwhemed with my finances, work was stressful, I was struggling to get my insurance to pay for surgery after losing my eye to cancer in mar 2006. I was sent to a collection agency since no money was paid from the insurance company for the surgery. My ex husband hasnt paid child support in 2 yrs, and it seemed like I couldnt handle the stress. My marriage ended when my husband ran away with another woman and I have been struggling to get beyond that pain, anger, hurt and rejection. Then 3 wks ago, I yelled at a snow plow driver for destroying my mailbox and they pressed charges....I got 6 tickets and one was a misdemeanor. I was told I needed to get an attorney, and it was at that point that I looked online under suicide to find different ways to end my life. I couldnt find any (praise God). I am seeing the light now, my church is helping me pay for part of my heat bill. I asked for the snow plow drivers to drop the charges, and they are, and I am continuing in counseling. Life isnt perfect, but God IS and HE is seeing me out of this darkest pit that I didnt think that I could get through. Praise God! |
